Annual Cleaning/31–Point Inspection:
1. Run and test machine
2. Inspect pump, pressure valve, plumbing and cooler unit for signs of leakage
3. Inspect cover sheet and comfort pad for rips or tears
4. Clean vents on cooler unit
5. Remove side panels
6. Remove black knobs and flat bar retainers
7. Remove, inspect, clean or replace barrier
8. Inspect net for tears
9. Inspect/adjust cable tension (replace if necessary)
10. Remove all water from machine with shopvac
11. Clean all areas of the tub
12. Clean shaft seal cover box
13. Clean heater tube
14. Remove water from level sensor tube
15. Inspect jets for debris
16. Inspect and clean 4 wheels on manifold and make sure they spin freely
17. Inspect all hose clamps- inside and outside bed to make sure they are tight
18. Inspect manifold hose for wear
19. Hand check for loose hardware fasteners inside and outside of tank
20. Inspect for discolored or loose wire connections inside control box
21. Inspect interior/exterior hoses
22. Refill bed with appropriate amount of distilled water
23. Add defoamacide
24. Reassemble machine
25. Log hours of use
26. Inspect touch screen and perform hard reset
27. Run pressure test
28. Run speed test
29. Run area massage test
30. Run hold position test
31. Check for critical software/mainboard updates
