1. Unplug the main power (220) 

2. Press and hold the on/off button on the back of screen until the screen shuts off and release button immediately.  3.Unplug the touchscreen from the battery backup. 4. With the screen unplugged from battery backup press and hold the power button for 10 seconds, release and hold for another 10 seconds. 5. Plug the touchscreen back into the battery backup (press power button if the screen doesn't automatically power up after plugging in. 6. Wait until the Hydromassage screen appears and a dialog box says trying to establish communication.

7. Plug in the main power (220) and watch the screen as it initializes. 

• Lay down bed without LED lights (older unit from before 2015)
• Lay down bed with LED lights on the side? 340L

• New Lounge X (released in May 2019 - the LED light is on the bottom facing the ground)
• Have an old AquaMED? We can take care of these as well. Please indicate roughly how old your unit is and whether it is a 110volt or 220volt. 

Sometimes your bed/lounge can lose water pressure while the massage jets are massaging over your low back and buttocks area. This happens because there is either too little water in the tank or the water is producing foam. This issue can be fixed by adding 2-4 gallons of distilled water and 2-4 capfuls of Defoamacide. Seen in the first two image below, locate your filler tube and how to install it on a lounge. Seen in the last 2 images where to locate the filler tube and how to install it location at the foot of the bed. Note - on a lounge only - you can add water without the filler tube but you need the tube to add water to a bed. 

With the filler tube installed please add 2 capfuls of defoamacide to tube followed by 2 gallons of distilled water. If the pressure issue isn't immediately resolved repeat the process and ad another 2 capfuls and 2 gallons of distilled water. If the problem persists please contact us.
