HydroMassage Bed Service, Maintenance and Repair

Our HydroMassage Service Programs

Annual Maintenance: 31-Point Cleaning and Inspection

A full teardown, clean and 31-point inspection. We run and test the machine, inspect the pump, pressure valve, plumbing and cooler unit for leaks, check the cover sheet and comfort pad, pull the side panels, clean and replace the barrier, inspect the net and cable tension, vacuum out all water, clean the tub, shaft seal cover box and heater tube, clear the level sensor tube, check jets and manifold wheels, tighten every hose clamp and fastener, inspect wiring in the control box, refill with distilled water and defoamacide, reassemble, log hours, hard reset the touchscreen, then run pressure, speed, area massage and hold position tests and check for critical software and mainboard updates. New customers get $50 off their first annual maintenance when they book online.

Quarterly and Semi-Annual Programs

Every 90 days a certified Hydrotherapy Plus technician adds 2 to 4 gallons of distilled water with defoaming solution, inspects and adjusts drive cable or belt tension, performs a full system reboot of the bed and touchscreen, tests massage performance across every zone including base pressure and the error log, and inspects internal components for leaks. Routine quarterly service prevents unexpected downtime and extends equipment life.

HydroMassage Repairs and Parts

When something fails, our technicians diagnose and repair HydroMassage units quickly and accurately so the bed goes back into service instead of sitting idle. We source HydroMassage parts, handle T-Max G2 timer installations, and work through error codes, mainboard and touchscreen faults, pump and heater problems, cable and manifold wear, and leaks. Tell us the symptom and the model and we will tell you what it actually needs.
